At BrightStar Collective, we want every space you decorate with us to feel just right. If something isn’t working out, we’re here to make returns simple and transparent.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused and in original condition.
All original packaging, parts, and accessories are included.
The product has not been installed or altered.
Please note: Made-to-order or customized curtain items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation email must be included with your return request.
Important Note
Please do not send returns to the product manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the return address we provide after you contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
If needed, contact your bank to confirm timelines.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
